About BOB STP

This website is the home of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB), Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP).

Our vision is to achieve the 'triple aim' set out in the Next Steps On The Five Year Forward View and close the health and well-being, care, quality and financial gaps across the BOB STP area.

Our priority areas are; preventing ill health, collaborating to improve efficiency and optimise capacity, enhancing cancer treatment and care, providing digital solutions for self-care, improving our workforce offer and developing a strategic investment programme to enhance the health and care environment.
